Description

CONSTRUCTION AND LEASE of a new postal facility at Lascassas, TN 37085-9998 (Rutherford County). Minimum site size required is 66,000 SF (1.52 acres) with approximate dimensions of 200' X 330'. The net interior of the building will contain 5,000 SF. 20 year lease term with two, five-year renewal options. Preferred area is N-North site of Highway 96 & Jefferson Pike, S-South side of Highway 96 & Jefferson Pike, E-One mile from existing faiclity, W-One mile from existing facility.
