Description

This project consists of removal of the existing asphalt shingles and roofing felt, replacement of damaged plywood sheathing, furnishing and installing new felt, ice and water guard, SBS rubber modified roof shingles, and flashing. The project also includes replacement of the shop front porch soffit and fascia, removal of existing bunkhouse chimney and replacement with a new Metalbestos chimney. The project location is the Forest Service Sitka Work Center, 2104 Halibut Point Rd., Sitka, Alaska. The price range for this project is $25,000 -- $100,000. The contract time is 180 calendar days.
