Description

Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision specified herein and shown on the drawing, to replace base, counter tops and wall cabinets in an existing kitchen at S-453 and 454. Drawings will be available by request at (901) 874-7757 (FAX) or Cheri Shivers at (901) 874-7756. YOUR ATTENTION IS INVITED TO VERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONS AT EACH JOB SITE, (I.E., DIMENSIONS, WALL CONDITIONS, FLOOR CONDITIONS AND TRUE ALIGNMENT OF WALLS AND FLOORS) PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF JOB PROGRESSION. 45 calendar days to completion. Cost estimate is between $25,000-$100,000. Firm Fixed-Price construction project. This project will be issued on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation will be issued on or about February 22, 2001 and must be downloaded from the Naval Facilities E-Solicitation Website at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective proposers should register in the "Solicitation Registration" for this particular project to be added to the Plan Holders List.
