Work also includes significant activities for construction of land and water access, material handling, work platform and falsework systems, underwater work and dewatering. Certain features of the work can only be performed in three construction seasons during fall/winter reservoir drawdowns, and must allow for continued use of outlet works for reservoir releases during and between construction seasons.
