Description

The Government proposed to procure the redesign and re-qualification of the Generator to include the retrofit of the redesigned generator into the AH-64D Multi-Year 1 fleet. The intended source is McDonnell Dougals Helicopter Systems, Mesa, Arizona, which is the Prime Manufacturer of the AH-64D Apache Longbow Helicopter. THe authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considerd by the agency. See Numbered Notes: 22
