REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Office of Procurement -- U.S. House of Representatives The U.S. House of Representatives (House) seeks offers in response to a Request For Proposal (RFP) to establish an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) fixed price type contract relationship with a private entity or entities to provide computer systems integration and support services, in Washington, DC and nationally in congressional district offices, on an as-needed basis, for the U.S. House of Representatives. The RFP calls for on-site integration and support of individual House Office computer network equipment and software and the purchase and support of a Constituent Mail Management Software System. Offers will be received in the Chief Administrative Office, Office of Procurement, U.S. House of Representatives, 359 Ford House Office Building, until 2:00 pm, April 13, 2001.
