Description

This acquisition is to install Government owned Motorola two-way radio equipment and to complete system optimization for the Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Law Enforcement Services nationwide. The equipment install must meet project 25 requirements. Government owned equipment is Motorola project 25. This acquisition is intended to be awarded as a sole source to Motorola since the Government owned equipment is Motorola and they have the necessary network of service shops across Indian Country and have the necessary test equipment and software to service and maintain the new APCO 25 radios operating in an encryption mode. Note 22 applies.
