Description

This is a firm fixed price contract with a NAICS code of 23499. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set-aside and only offers from small business concerns which may qualify under the size standard in this solicitation will be accepted. Offers received from concerns that are not small businesses shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. This project is located in central El Paso along Cornelius Dr. and Lomaland Dr. The project consist of the construction of a 5' by 10' CBC for approximately 2300 linear feet. The CBC inlet incorporates a 42" dia RCP which collects flow from a main street in El Paso. The project will require traffic detours and pavement removal and replacement. In addition, the project requires the relocation of a 12 inch sanitary sewer line. Several curb and drop inlets are required along the alignment. The drop inlets are reinforced concrete. There is minimal amount of slope protection. The approximate construction period is 300 days. Questions of a technical nature should be addressed to Gary Lopez at (505) 342-3325.
