SOLICITATION NUMBER N00604-01-T-A325. The purpose of this amendment/modification is to answer questions regarding the solicitation. Questions and Answers: Q: Are these pumps replacing old pumps or being newly installed? A: These pumps are to be staged in kits designed to be rushed down into a compartment to respond to flooding onboard submarines. Q: If these pumps are newly installed, do you need control boxes? A: These pumps are to be equal to the manufacturer ABS, that being having a control box with each pump. All other terms and conditions remains unchanged.
