Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible firms for the establishment of contract or contracts for Spacers, 334 NSNs, all in the 5365 Federal Stock Class. Automated Best Value System applies and is included in the solicitation. Final contract award or awards decision(s) may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The 334 NSNs are competitive; drawing available from DSCR as described in the solicitation. All material to be shipped to CONUS DVD and Stock locations FOB Destination. POPS will apply to all contract awards. TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
