Description

The Television-Audio Support Activity (T-ASA) proposes to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for engineering/technical services to include furnishing equipment and installing for a wide range of visual information and broadcast systems, to include: conference room presentation systems, computer classrooms, analog/digital video/audio/data distribution systems, video teleconferencing systems, electronic imaging systems, analog/digital TV/video production facilities, analog/digital video/audio editing suites, sound reinforcement, television studios and miscellaneous visual information and broadcast systems for DoD activities worldwide. The solicitation, including the Performance Work Statement, may be reviewed and down-loaded from T-ASA's website at: ftp://www.tasa.army.mil/pub/01R0001. Paper copies of the solicitation will not distributed. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for small businesses (North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 33422, size standard is 750 employees). To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, the contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. Registration may be accomplished through the internet at http://www.ccr2000.com. You must include your DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number in order to apply. Verification of CCR registration must accompany your proposal. Proposals in response to this solicitation must be submitted by 1:00 PM PDT, March 22, 2001. All proposals must make reference to the solicitation number, MDA112-01-R-0001. Proposals must be submitted in paper format, with electronic media included, where applicable, as requested in the proposal format and content instructions of the solicitation.
