Description

This is a modification to a previously announced procurement action published on January 31, 2001, for the design of a new U.S. Embassy compound in Beijing, China. Two copies of submissions/portfolios are required for Stage One. One copy may be a photocopy. After March 1, 2001, Mr. Ralph R. Sutherland will be the contracting officer for this procurement. Please address all e-mails to sutherlandrr@state.gov. In reference to graphic submissions, the A/E may submit graphics (maximum of three pages per project) of not more than five designs completed for new construction projects during the last ten years, including dates for which construction has been completed on at least three of these projects. Submissions/portfolios must be sent to address shown in block 17 of original notice. Do not send submissions/portfolios to our billing address.
