Description

Notice of intent to issue a draft statement of work (SOW) for follow-on to the existing DEIS II contracts, which will expire on January 1, 2001. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is requesting review and comments on this draft SOW for incorporation into a draft request for proposals (DRFP), expected to be released in Spring 2001. The draft SOW has been placed on the DITCO Contracting Opportunities Home Page at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/Public/ASP/dcop.asp. All comments and suggested changes must be submitted no later than March 7, 2001. DEIS III is required in order to continue support and delivery of enterprise-level Information Technology (IT) migration and integration products and services for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal agencies. Contracts resulting from this SOW will be Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ). The anticipated period of performance is seven (7) years (3-year base period and 4 one-year option periods). DEIS III will also support a partial set aside in which the Government intends to award no more than 6 contracts, 2 of which will be set-aside for qualified small businesses; NAIC 7379, $18M applies.
