Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a Non-Personal services contract for Catholic Priest services. Duties are to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Ray Brook, New York. Due to the nature of this contract, all individuals working within the confines of the institution will be required to submit to Security Clearances. This will be a competitive procurement with award being made to the responsible contractor whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, based on overall best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each offer for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and/or administrative cost. No formal evaluation factors or numeric scoring will be used in the evaluation of offers. Contract sessions will be approximately five sessions per month. (1 session = 1 hour). The base contract period will run from date of award through September 30, 2001, with four one year option periods. Solicitations will be available O/A 02/07/01. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Requirements type contract. Requests for the solicitation are to be in writing and addressed or faxed to the Contacting Officer. This proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
