Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Upstate New York VA Healthcare System , Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY intends to award a sole source contract to Nomos Corporation, Sewickley, PA for a full maintenance and repair services (including emergency calls, parts and existing proprietary software modifications and updates) for a Nomos Peacock Corvus Stereotactic Treatment Planning Systems, MiMic Delivery System and all components for the period 3/1/01 through 2/28/02. All responsible and qualified sources may submit an offer (to include costs, services available and technical qualifications and personnel training)which shall be considered. There is no solicitation available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on the responses to this notice will be at the discretion of the Government.
