Description

Mechanical Maintenance Services at the T. J. McIntyre Federal Building, Portmouth, NH. This is a New Performance Based Procurement utilizing Commercial Item Procedures for the purchase of Mechanical Maintenance Services. This Solicitation is available only on the internet at http://eps.arnet.gov/. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor thissite for the release of the RFP and amendments (if any) and the offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and amendments. This Procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Solicitation will be available on or about 3/1/01. RFP due date on or about 3/7/01. The period of performance is thirty-six (36) months with two (2) one year options. Anticipated start date is on or about 6/1/01.
