The Atlanta Property Management Center intends to procure on a competitive unrestrictive basis a one year, plus four one-year options, Firm Fixed Price contract to provide interior/exterior window washing (one (1) per location per year)or as specified in solicitation for the following Federal Buildings located in Georgia: Atlanta Federal Center,Sam Nunn -- Atlanta, GA; Peachtree Summit Federal Building, Atlanta, GA; IRS Customer Service Center,Chamblee, GA; Russell Federal Building-Court,Atlanta, GA;, MLK Federal Building, Atlanta, GA; Federal Records Center,East Point, GA; U. S. Court of Appeals, in Atlanta; GA and Federal Building-Court, Gainesville, GA. The RFP is expected to be released on or about March 12, 2000, with proposals due 30 days thereafter.
