- Description
- The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Draeger Safety Inc of Pittsburgh, PA for the acquisition of 20 Air Sample Kits. The acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition by direction of COMNAVSEASYSCOM because the Draeger Life Sample Kit is the only successfully tested and approved unit by the NAVSEA Diving Certification Authority for the specialized life support, self-contained Breathing Air Charging System (BACS). Note 22 applies.*****
