Description

Sullivan Lake HVAC Replacement- The Forest Service is seeking proposals for replacement of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Condition (HVAC) system in building #2016. Office at the Sullivan Lake Ranger District, Colville National Forest, in Pend Oreille County, Washington. The project is located in the NE end of the state of Washington at the Sullivann Lake Ranger District adminstration facilities, located near Metaline Falls, Washington. The work is to include demolition and removal of existing overhead HVAC system, insulate attic where duct components where removed to R-38 factor, patch with sheet rock and paint. Replacement includes submitting new HVAC under floor in crawl space area. Total performance time is 60 calendar days, estimated to start May 1, 2001, with a cost range from $25,000- $100,000.
