Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to issue a contract modification, on a sole source basis, to expand the scope of contract no. N66001-98-C-8512 with the University of California, Los Angeles. The contract currently provides for investigation of key areas in secure wireless middleware evaluating the behavior of existing network security solutions. The modification provides for a level-of-effort increase to cover post event data analysis and visualization. The estimated value of the contract modification is $201,000.00. The period of performance will be extended from 31 May 2001 to 31 December 2001. Future new requirements for these services will be competitively procured.
