Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to modify contract N00024-01-C-2303 with Logicon Information Systems and Services, 8110 Gatehouse Road, Falls Church, VA 22042-1212 to include 5 man-years of DDG 51 Class pre-commissioning and commissioning services for the USS Cole. This sole source modification for pre-commissioning and commissioning services is essential to facilitate successful crew retraining, certification, and material readiness of the USS Cole (DDG 67) after restoration and repair. Logicon has provided pre-commissioning and commissioning services for every DDG 51 Class ship to date. See numbered Note 22
