Description

Proposed procurement is a one year indefinite quantity contract for numerous fee appraisal assignments in support of land adjustment actions on any of seven National Forests located throughout the state of Mississippi. Supplemental specifications and prices will be negotiated with the selected vendor for each individual appraisal assignment after selection of vendor and award of contract. Evaluation factors for award will be: (1) Experience on Government fee appraisals; (2) Provide quality sample of a narrative report; (3) Experience in appraising rural properties; (4) Education and experience of Appraiser performing the work; (5) Expert witness capability; and (6) Ability to respond to assignments in a timely manner. Contract time on individual assignments will be 30 calendar days with work commencing within 10 calendar days of effective date of notice to proceed. The procurement listed herein is set aside for small business concerns.
