Description

Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services at the National Weather Service Forecast Office, 192 Shafer Road, Moon Township, PA. The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 6,300 square feet. Period of Performance will be April 18, 2001 through September 30, 2001 with four one-year options. PROSPECTIVE VENDOR SHALL HAVE AN OFFICE SPACE WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF THE WEATHER SERVICE SITE IN MOON TOWNSHIP. THE CONTRACTOR SUPERVISORY OFFICIAL SHALL VISIT THE WORK SITE, TO ACCOMPANY THE COTR ON AN INSPECTION OF THE WORK AREAS, ON NO LESS THAN TWO OCCASIONS PER MONTH UNTIL NOTIFIED BY THE COTR THAT MONTHLY VISITS WILL FULFILL THE REQUIREMENT. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by March 30, 2001 will be considered for award. Award will be made on April 4, 2001. Numbered Note 1 applies.
