Description

This amended synopsis is issued to change the Request for Proposal date to 28 February 2001 and the response date is changed to 19 April 2001. All other information as previously published is unchanged. This synopsis is for International long-range and short-range passenger and cargo airlift services. Period of performance will be 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. Offeror must be certified under Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulation (14 CFR 121) and willing to commit aircraft to the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF). Awards will be based on offeror's aircraft commitment to the CRAF and past performance. Request for Proposal will be released ON OR ABOUT 28 February 2001. Projected date for Preproposal Conference is 28 March 2001.
