Description

Seeking to lease 21,300-23,430 BOMA usable square of contiguous office space with parking for 100 vehicles. The desired full service lease shall be for 20 years, 10 years firm. The requirement can be satisfied through an existing building or through build-to-suit new construction and be ready for occupancy no later than fall of 2002. Offered properties must be within the following boundaries, taking in parts of Tinley Park, Oak Forest and Orland Illinois: North: 159th Street South: Interstate 80 East: Cicero Avenue West: Rt. 45 (96th Ave.) Two other areas will also be considered. 1. Within one quarter mile of the Cook County Courthouse at south 165th and Kedzie Ave. in Markham, IL. 2. On west 94th Ave. between 151st and 159th south in Orland Park, IL. After an on-site survey, the area of consideration may be revised depending on a review of the overall mission of the agency to use the space. It must conform to all Government fire safety and handicapped accissibility standards. GSA does not utilize tenant brokers.
