- This modification is issued for the purpose of providing the following information to the original CBD notice published Feb 5th and the modifications dated Feb 9th and Feb 21st: The contract that results from this advertised requirement may require access to classified information. At that time the contractor will be required to obtain and maintain a facility clearance in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operations Manual (NISPOM) DOD 5220.22M.
