End item P-3 aircraft. Note 26 applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of March 13, 2001. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available for competitive distribution, therefore the item is purchased in accordance with the part numbers shown above.
