Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to solicit and negotiate with Neocera Incorporated, on other than full and open competitive basis, to purchase one each 3" rotating substrate heater package (part no. PSH3-R). Package to include 3" substrate heater flange assembly with substrate rotation programmable substrate temperature and rotation controller (RSHC-3) PID autotuning temperature controller phase angle current source assembled into rackmount chassis interconnection cabling rated for 110 volt operation. Sole source based on unique requirement of heater to support 900 degrees Celsius in oxygen ambient and be able to rotate to accept ceramic film deposits. "See Note(s) 22
