- NAVSEA Indian Head Solicitation N00174-01-R-0002, Systems Modernization for Enhanced Capability and Reliability, is hereby cancelled due to technical difficulties. Once these issues have been resolved the procurement will be re-synopsized, however an estimated date is not known. All interested parties that registered for the original solicitation will be notified when the procurement is re-synopsized.
