Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional inforamtion included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: SP4700-01-Q-2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thorugh Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is:421490, 100 employees. The Contractor shall supply 1/EA Microsoft Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 (LDAP) and 1/EA Enterprise License for over 40 connections for the DLA Information Support Office-Columbus, OH. Delivery and installation shall commence within 30 Days after receipt of order. All interested parties may submit proposals to the POC refelcted above. "No telephonic responses will be accepted". The provision of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
