Description

This RFI is for COTS software and is issued to request information on the availability of a web based human resources (HR) recruitment product with the following characteristics: 1. Allows applicants to apply for federal jobs online; 2. Analyzes, rates, and ranks applicants by qualifications; 3. Complies with [Section 508] requirements 4. Provides for cutting and pasting from other software products such as Microsoft Word; 5. Ability to interface with OPM's USAJOBS website; 6. Has security using a PIN or another unique identifier to protect personal financial information; 7. Has high performing ability in a scalable environment. Only firms that currently have (or will have within 30 days of release of this RFI) a fully tested production-ready version of the product possessing the above characteristics are invited to respond to this RFI. Responses should include: 1. Product literature that addresses the above characteristics and any other important technical aspect(s) of the product; 2. Price list or schedule for license and maintenance fees for all platforms supported; 3. Standard software license agreement; 4. Points of contact (including name, phone number, email address, and fax number) that are knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the product(s) and the license agreement. 5. Your GSA contract number, if the product is available on that contract. If not, a statement that "the offered product is not available on a GSA contract" should be included in the response; and 6. A list of federal customers currently using production versions of the product. This RFI is not a Request for Proposal, and nothing shall be construed herein or through the RFI process to commit or obligate the Government to further action as a result of this RFI. In addition, firms responding to this RFI shall bear all risk and expense of any resources used to provide the requested information.
