Description

Residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services. Concerns having the ability for providing residential correctional facility (CCC) for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone numer and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. This is a firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract. Location of the facility shall be in the Albany, New York area. Estimated number of inmate days is 22,630 for two-year base period and 12,775 inmate days for option years one, two, and three, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is April 12, 2001. Estimated RFP closing date is June 14, 2001. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone calls for solicitations will be accepted.
