Description

Provide Registered Nursing services (1 position) at the Coast Guard clinics located at Juneau, AK to beneficiaries referred for treatment by a Coast Guard Medical Officer. This will be a personal service contract. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing Best Value Commercial Item simplified acquisition procedures. The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, normally not to exceed 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week for a total of 1920 hours per year. Period of performance will be on or about 15 July 2001 or date of award through 30 September 2001 with four option years. The Request for Proposals will be issued on or about 04 April 2001 and close on or about 15 May 2001. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 62134. The SIC code is 8049 and the small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the proceeding four fiscal years.
