Description

U -- The US Army Garrison, HQ Carlisle Barracks is soliciting proposals for education advisory services to soldiers. The contractor shall advise mostly enlisted soldiers on all military and other public and private institution education programs available. The contractor is to perform all work at Carlisle Barracks PA. The period of performance is one year from date of award. This Acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business and best value source selection decision rules will be used. Acquisition packets are only available by return e-mail.
