Description

U -- The US Army War College is soliciting proposals for a Military Family Research and Education Program at Carlisle Barracks PA. The military family program requires delivery of approximately 33-36 each evening presentations of two hours duration on quality of life issues. The primary target audience for this effort is the AWC resident student and their families. Most AWC resident students are LTC or Colonel or high-ranking civilian leaders, age 40 to 50. The Military Family Program prepares the Army's future leader and his family for senior command positions. Significant student interaction, curriculum development, research within DOD, expert speaker coordination and AWC coordination work for the lead instructor/researcher is required on-site concurrent with the academic year 02 starting August 1, 2001 to May 30, 2002 with an option for AY03. Monthly research data reports and AY summaries are required. Copies of prior year deliverables will not to be released under FOIA, however may be examined on site. The researcher may use the data developed to publish this research, with reprint permission retained for DOD use.
