Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to construct a 77' X 50' stand-alone building approximately 3850 SF on a concrete slab 4" deep with 8" turn down-reinforced with wire or fiber. Building will have a standing-seam metal form pre-engineered roof. All bathrooms to be ADA in room size and plumbing fixtures. Building will have 13 offices, 4 bathrooms, a lounge, waiting area, records area, conference room and an equipment room. The building will have a fire alarm system and a fire protection sprinkle system for the record room. Air conditioning shall be one electric complete heat pump. Exterior windows, interior partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, mechanical system, power and communication outlets. Outside lighting and concrete sidewalk. Work shall meet all local, state and federal codes and meet criteria of hospital. The performance period for this project is 180 days. The approximate cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Payment and performance bonding is required. The work is located at Fort Stewart, GA near Winn Army Hospital. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320, and size standard $27.5 million are applicable. 100% of this project is set-aside for small business.
