Description

This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition subject to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 235990 with a size standard of $11.5 Million. The project is located at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. The project involves that the contractor provide all labor, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to repair, construct, remove, or replace HICS cable fence gates, brace panels, fence posts, and fence wire in the missile field. Performance period for resultant construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 365 calendar days with 2 Option Year periods. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 26 Mar 2001 with closing date 30 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal_Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. When solicitation is downloaded, it should be read completely, as there are milestones an offeror will need to meet to be considered responsive. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov. At the home page select the EPS for Vendors.
