Description of requirement -- Item: UMARK Kits with Crossbar NSN: 1670-01-454-9945, Part Number: 94J500-1, BASIC QTY: 44 each; Item UMARK Kits without Crossbar NSN: N/A Part Number: N/A, BASIC QTY: 20 each; FY02 Option QTY 86 each UMARK Kits with Crossbar; FY02 Option QTY 37 each UMARK Kits without Crossbar; FY03 Option QTY 21 each UMARK Kits with Crossbar; FY03 Option 32 each UMARK Kits without Crossbar; 1 UMARK Kit Training Instructor for 40 hrs. The delivery schedule for the basic qty is 365 days after contract award. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or limited number or sources.
