- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a sole source purchase order to J.A Moody Equipment Specialists, 3223 Phoenixville Pkwy, Malvern, PA 19355 for components consisting of Valve/Actuators and sensors for the Improved Fuel Fill Control System (IFFCS). This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition due to the compatibility of the current fueling system. Note 22 applies.
