Description

The US Army Research Laboratory (ARL), Weapons and Materials Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of R & D Services for the testing and evaluation of rubber textiles, adhesives and coated fabric materials for military applications. A detailed Statement of Work will be available in the RFQ once released. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). ARL intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 with Mr. Paul Touchet, Woodbridge, VA. This source has proven to possess all the necessary expertise, facilities, technical skills, and capabilities to meet and accomplish the Government's specific requirements. Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this notice to submit in writing via FAX 410-278-6522 to the identified point of contact, their qualifications and capabilities.
