Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase the following software on a Sole Source basis from Atlantic Research Corporation at 5945 Wellington Road, Gainesville, VA 20155: Item 0001-System Design; Item 0002- Tooling Design and Procurement; Item 0003-3 Barrier Units. These items will be acquired utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 5 March 2001. Anticipated award date of 12 March 2001. All items are to be FOB DESTINATION, DAHLGREN, VA. Period of Performance runs through 30 September 2001. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis/solicitation, with an applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply. ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. HARD COPY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD Web Site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments.
