Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Denver office, has a requirement for on-site Ingres support within the Denver Federal Center. The individual must have the technical knowledge to provide problem solving solutions for the following Ingres products: Ingres 6.4/05, Ingres/Star, Ingres/ABF with Forms, Embedded C, Embedded COBOL, Ingres Report Writer, DG Unix Aviion R4.11MU05, and UNIXBourne Shell. All equipment is located within the Denver Federal Center and contractor will be required to obtain security clearances. The potential vendor should be available Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m through 6:00 p.m, with a one working day response, either on-site, or when applicable, by phone. Although any vendor may respond, because of this requirement, it is preferable that the potential vendor resides within a Denver commuting radius. Interested sources that can provide the services above are encouraged to submit substantiation to the Bureau of Reclamation by fax, 303/445-6345, or mail, no later than 15 days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the requirements stated above, and should include the firm's DUNS and TIN. This is a Sources Sought Notice only, and not a Request for Quotation or an announcement of any solicitation. The Government will not pay for any materials furnished in response to this synopsis. Submittals furnished will not be returned to the sender. Firms should identify themselves as either small business, or other than small business in accordance with the size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811212 which is $18M. This notice is for market research purposes only, however, the information gathered from this notice will be used to determine which preference program will be used to process the acquisition (e.g., 8(a) set-aside under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program, total small business set-aside, full and open competition). No preference program determination will be made until the market research has been completed.
