Description

Provide supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide full maintenance, performance based services at the KellyUSA Air Force Lease-Back, San Antonio, Texas. Requirement includes custodial services, mechanical maintenance, landscaping, building operations. Initial contract period is June 1, 2001 through end of the fiscal year, September 30, 2001, and will include four one-year options. The procurement is contingent upon funds availability. The contract will be awarded using Source Selection procedures with award based upon the determination of "best value" to the Government. Once award has been made for this procurement, administration of the contract will be performed by KellyUSA, San Antonio, TX. The anticipated release date of the Request for Proposals is on or about March 15, 2001, with anticipated receipt of proposals no later than April 17, 2001. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available only over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide-Web (www) server, which may be accessed using a www browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://eps.arnet.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Prospective offerors shall notify this office, either by electronic mail (teresa.michals@gsa.gov) or facsimile (817-978-8490) of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any.
