Description

Primary and Preventive Medical Care for VA Beneficiaries residing in the Dothan, Alabama area. Contractor shall provide primary care facility (within the Dothan city limits), equipment, and staffing to provide care for approximately 3500 beneficiaries annually. Contract will be awarded for a base period with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. Services to begin on or about June 1, 2001. SIC Code is 8011.
