This is an additional modification to the original notice issued November 17, 2000 with Submission 5069S4. The noticed is modified to revised the issue date and due date for proposals and to change the contract specialist as follows: Solicitation will be issued on or about April 3, 2001 with proposals due on or about May 3, 2001.
