Description

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Institute for Scientific Informatnion (ISI) for subscription to their Web of Science, Science Citation Index Expanded, Database. This is the only database known to provide citation information for the sciences. The database is only available from ISI. Qualified vendors have five (5) days from date of this synopsis to submit capability statements delineating their ability to provide access to this electronic database. No solicitation exists.
