Description

The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida is requesting proposals to provide 10 each Bow Assemblies for the Seal Delivery Vehicles in accordance with Government provided drawings. These assemblies will be made from Royalite R84 ABS, with additional hardware fabricated from 304 CRES and 6061-T651 A1, as well as common hardware. They are approximately hemispherical with a diameter of 56 +/- inches by 30 inches high. Contractor shall have and maintain a quality system that, as a minimum, adheres to the requirements of ISO or ANSI/ASQC 900. Government owned molds will be furnished to the successful contractor. Delivery will be requested to be 26 weeks after contract award. Anticipated release date is 16 March 2001. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside.
