YPC01040000795, NSN 2540-00-740-9954, Trolley Assembly, Winch, IAW U.S. ARMY DWG. (19207) 7409954 and all related drawings. First Article Test applies, sources approved for First Article Test, Garwood Feller Inc. (61465), Beacon Winch Co. (62545) and All-Flow Products Co. (4K620). This is a small business set aside, full and open after exclusion of sources. Quantity 32 each to New Cumberland, PA on Clins 0001 and 0002 all to be delivered in 180 days ADO. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
