Description

It is NUWC Division Keyport intent to Sole Source to SJO Consulting Engineers Inc. This is for a follow-on work being done by SJO for NUWC Division Keyport. The requirement is for RCRA Closure Oversight Service (hazardous waste) for areas at NUWC Division Keyport. Vendor must be knowledgeable of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 173-303-310-(6) and respective subsection along with 40 CFR respective provisions. These regulations require that an "independent certify engineer" observe, document, advice and certify that the "RCRA Closure Process" is properly conducted under applicable federal and state guidelines. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. All solicitation packages will be available for down load via NUWC Division Keyport web site (see below) on or about 08 Mar. 01.
