Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Susitna Club reception room open house to be conducted 04 Sep 01. We are seeking furniture donations/sponsorship for our Susitna Club reception room club area to be opened to the public at our open house in Sep. We are requesting 3 leather couches, 2 leather chairs, various end tables and assorted lamps (halogen floor style). Prefer colors to match existing carpet which would be in ie. gray, blue,or rust. Approximate value of this sponsorship will be $20,000.00. Advertising can be done in the form of plaques displayed in the reception area. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additions would considered. Request for copies for this solicitation may be received no later than 31 Aug 01. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship-donation by a nonappropiated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government. *****
